Converting (InfoPath / Nintex Forms/ PowerApps based) List Items using the Muhimbi PDF Converter

SharePoint allows the List Item Data Entry Form to be customized using PowerApps, InfoPath, Nintex Form etc. However, data filled out using this facility is not stored as 'real' forms and therefore converting it PDF has always been a challenge. In this Blog, we will use the Muhimbi "Convert HTML to PDF" Microsoft Flow action to Convert the list item to PDF.

Convert a List item to PDF using a Button for a SharePoint Form customized in PowerApps

In this example, we’ll create a simple Flow that can be triggered using a Button from the SharePoint Online list item customized in PowerApps. Once the button is clicked, the list item will be to converted PDF and the generated PDF is written back to the SharePoint Document library.
